From José Roberto Monterroso, winner of the 2022 Cup of Excellence in Guatemala, comes this micro lot of the Pacamara Arabica variety. The bean variety is a cross between Pacas and Maragogype and is often praised for its large fine shape. We roast this green coffee first and foremost to filter brew. The large beans give a smooth result and a very balanced cup
Finca el Morito Pacamara is a peachy-juicy coffee, where the aromas range from clove to sweet baked lemon. It’s creamy sweet with dark chocolate and cranberries from the first sniff. The aromas and flavors stay with you all the way through, well into the nutmeg-y aftertaste. The coffee is a true craft, you can tell that we are dealing with one of the world’s coffee icons.

Since we primarily roast our own coffee, but also sell it unroasted, we are very keen to ensure that all our green coffee is from the freshest possible harvest.
