The Pereira family of coffee berries grows on slopes that slope up to 50%. This allows the bushes to escape frost, which is common in the Carmo de Minas region, during winter. It also means incredibly even ripening, with evenly distributed sunlight, and that the bushes stay healthier.
The term “classic brew” is almost getting old here at the roastery, but not only that – the coffee is almost bursting with its clean and fresh flavors and aromas. We have a lot of nuts, creamy milk chocolate, fudge and toffee. Behind, we sense ripe peach in a silky cup. The aftertaste is long and smooth. You can roast this both for all brewing methods.
This green coffee arrived at the roastery on December 8, 2025 and is from the 2025/2026 harvest
