Delivery
We normally ship within 1 business day. If for some reason we have run out of your particular order, need to re-roast and need 1 working day extra for this, we will contact you about this.
Uncollected parcels
When your parcel is ready for collection, you will be notified. If you do not collect the package, even after reminders, and it is returned to us, there will be an additional cost for return shipping.
We invoice 50 EUR for an unclaimed package that is returned to us.
Returns (consumer)
Not satisfied with your last purchase? Then just return it, as you have the right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at care@whiteelkcoffee.com, within 14 days of receiving the goods. You are responsible for the return shipping and the goods must be returned to us promptly.
The goods returned must be in their original condition. For a coffee package, this means that it must not be opened. Equipment may only be delivered in unopened packaging.
Keep in mind that you bear the risk of return shipping yourself. Don’t forget to send the package so that you can track it and, in the case of expensive goods, you might also want to consider insurance.
Once we have received your return and the item is in its original condition, we will refund your money.
Returns (business)
Businesses are not covered by consumer legislation and generally there is no right of withdrawal. Of course, we are still responsive and solve in much the same way as if your company is a private person, so companies also contact care@whiteelkcoffee.com if they wish to return any product.
Discounts
During special promotions we may have discounts. These cannot be combined and the final decision is taken by the cashier. If you think that something is not clearly worded, or that it is not correct at the checkout – please contact us.
