The coffee you receive is either part of our standing range here at White Elk or it is roasted for Kafferosteriet Koppar’s customers. It’s likely to be a coffee in season, but it could also be of such popular origin that we roast it all year round. If you order more than 1 kg, you will receive different varieties. Up to a certain limit, as we do not roast an unlimited number of origins at the same time. Always freshly toasted. For this variety, it has been a maximum of 2 weeks from roasting until we ship to you! If you order this coffee often, you can certainly end up getting the same coffee more than once, but it becomes part of the rules of the game, so to speak. 😉
