Our organic robusta from Kerala in southern India is considered by many to be the world’s finest. It is of the highest possible classification and sorted by size. It contains about twice as much caffeine as arabica, and contributes to a great crema in our other blends. If you drink it as it is, you can expect a really strong drink: earthy and herbal, with big hints of tobacco and cedar.
Personally, we think it works best in milk-based drinks. In a latte or cappuccino, both sweetness and nuttiness emerge. If you want to spice up your existing mixes a little extra, it’s a great idea to do so with this organic robusta!
Best brewed as espresso or in a fully automatic coffee machine.
Always freshly toasted. The coffee is never older than 7 days when it leaves our roastery!
