From the “Montanhas cafeeiras” or coffee mountains, as the region of Guaxupé is popularly known, comes a classic brasse, with lots of nuts in both taste and aroma, prominent dark fudge and with soft vanilla in the aftertaste. The Brazilian flavor profile is appreciated by all coffee drinkers for its nuttiness and the delightfully caramel-like sweetness.
Behind the coffee is the Barbosa family, who have owned and developed the coffee farm since 1958, with a strong focus on sustainability and quality. At 950 meters above sea level, in the hilly landscape, the Arabica variety Yellow bourbon thrives, which is berry-dried after harvest. No matter how you brew your coffee, you have a winner here.
This coffee is just as good regardless of the brewing method. The aftertaste is soft, long and pleasant – both in a small espresso cup and in a large cup of brewed coffee.
