The perfect starter kit for those who roast themselves or want to learn to roast and vary different origins. Here we have collected our 6 most popular and organic green coffees and packed them in handy 500g bags. Total 3 kg of green coffee, broken down by origin
Brazil (Arabica): Provides a classic Brazilian flavor profile, with restrained fruit and more prominent nuts in a chocolatey cup.
Colombia (arabica): A top class representative of Colombian coffee. Sweet fruits, in the direction of ripe stone fruit and melon, softly caramelized and freshly floral.
Ethiopia (arabica): Here we want to share a textbook example of Ethiopian coffee, with lots of stone fruit, bergamot, vanilla and white flowers.
Honduras or Peru (depending on the part of the year, organic arabica): Honduras and Peru from two origins, where we can find similar flavor profile and we alternate these over the year so that we always have the freshest possible harvest. Provides creamy and balanced coffee, with hints of wild berries and light chocolate.
Indonesia (organic arabica), from the Aceh province of Sumatra (organic arabica): Classic gray-green Indonesian coffee prepared using the indigenous method of giling basah. Musky, herbal in a large body where we also sense some jammy strawberry.
India, from Idinjamala in Kerala province (organic robusta): In our opinion the best robusta in the world, Parchment Kaapi Royale A. Caffeine tinted yet soft, draws on tobacco, allspice and other herbs.
A good mix in short, good luck!
Our promise to you as a self-roaster is to always give you the best conditions: A hand-picked fresh green coffee.
We roast these raw coffees ourselves and they are permanent in our range. They are always of the freshest possible harvest, although this is not stated here.
