Pink Bourbon is the Arabica variety that gives us wonderfully beautiful pink berries when ripe and ready to harvest. It is truly a unique variety that gives us the most complex flavors and aromas in the cup.
The most prominent feature of this cup is its sweetness. It blooms like from jasmine. We sense lively pink grapefruit, but it is the notes of ripe peach that dominate along with soft caramel.
