This is what we have left of fantastic red bourbon, from the last harvest, since we stopped roasting the variety in Kafferosteriet Koppar. 8.85 kg of an exceptional green coffee, which gives you as a filter brewer a honey-sweet and fresh, juicy cup where the cherries spread out in the palate. The aroma contains sweet spices, such as cinnamon and nutmeg. The chocolate is present throughout the experience.
We recommend this variety in particular for filter brewing, but above all that you strike quickly – before the opportunity is gone. 😉
