A breakfast coffee impossible to get tired of. We encounter a naturally very sweet coffee, with chocolate in the base. A hint of dried fruit accompanies a soft nuttiness in the form of almonds and walnuts. Behind this whole, sweet vanilla pod peeks out. Yummy!
The coffee is grown in a place with one of the richest biodiversity on our planet. In the shade of other trees, without poisons and spraying, the coffee berries are allowed to ripen slowly and for a long time before the very best are picked by the small farmers who then take the Berilo cooperative to Tapachula and the washing station there. This high-grown coffee is probably the best in the country – or so we think. And we have tasted many Mexican origins over the years.
