The raw coffee for those who want to roast big aromas and flavors. Dried berries from the village of Shantawene in southern Ethiopia. We can roast this for both brew and espresso. We ourselves clearly prefer light rust, then the wonderful Ethiopian attributes really come out. It is a truly special coffee with great floral, strawberry, blueberry and toffee aromas. The taste is rich and balanced, with a wonderful vanilla sweetness. The aftertaste is long and creamy.
The drying of the berries gives the coffee an exciting character, as the peel and pulp are allowed to dry into the coffee bean. The fruitiness emerges and the richness of flavor is enhanced as a result of this ancient method of processing coffee.
