In gastronomy, it is said that certain flavors enhance flavors differently. With plenty of lemon and acid in the sauce with the fish, a lively Sauvignon Blanc is hard to beat, and a sweet dessert wine marries perfectly with a creamy sweet chocolate fondant.
You roast this green coffee medium if you want to drink it as a filter brew, which is what we prefer. You’ll get a floral sweet coffee with a smooth, long aftertaste.
Of course, it’s great with a breakfast sandwich, but if we want to party a little extra – what do we serve with it? Well, if you have time to “throw together” Leila’s Rocky Road, do it. If you want to take the shortcut, then you show up with Snickers. The peanuts, the charcoal and the milk chocolate in the chocolate play perfectly with – get this – the peanuts, the charcoal and the milk chocolate in this coffee.
Our promise to you as a self-roaster is to always give you the best conditions: A hand-picked fresh green coffee.
