This green coffee, from the award-winning Fazenda Rainha (they have been a finalist in Brazil’s Cup of Excellence several times), we have roasted in Koppar primarily for espresso, but it is also appreciated as a dark roasted filter brew. Some nuts, but as dark roast they become more withdrawn and the really dark chocolate, think up to 90% cocoa content, is what stands out the most. The chocolate is tamed by the sweetness of syrup and brown sugar. With a little milk in the espresso, Fazenda Raina is a little extra creamy. Yummy!
