Papua New Guinea is a popular origin and we like to drink the coffee from here for its traditional chocolatey notes, with a bigger hint of (dried) fruit than from neighboring Indonesia at about the same latitude. However, it is usually always processed using the wet method.

Here, for the first time in our history, we have come across a batch of green coffee processed using the dry method from Papua New Guinea. You can roast this for all brewing methods and the result in the cup will be an even richer coffee, but fruity at the same time. We appreciate it for the notes of sweet baking spices and the creamy chocolate. In both taste and aroma, the dried fruit, in the form of raisins and apricot, is very prominent. This is a unique coffee for those who prefer fullness in the cup.

This is a hand-picked raw coffee from the freshest possible harvest and we roast it ourselves right now at the roastery.
Just as coffee should always be freshly roasted when you drink it, the freshness of the green coffee is also very important for the end result!
