This coffee, classified as Parchment AB, does not reach the same high class as our organic raw coffee from the same region. The beans are slightly smaller, but so is the price. The characteristics are absolutely comparable: Tobacco, herbs, allspice. A very nice robusta, much softer and finer than the one from other countries and goes nicely in every espresso blend, even pure if you want to be daring.
Our promise to you as a self-roaster is to always give you the best conditions: A hand-picked fresh green coffee. This green coffee arrived at the roastery on March 23, 2023 and is from the 2021/2022 harvest. It is thus not of the latest harvest, which is also reflected here in the pricing.
