A great decaffeinated green coffee, with more nutty and chocolatey character than our regular decaffeinated green coffee from Colombia! Rain Forest Alliance certified beans from Brazil have been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Decaf method – a natural method that preserves the original character of the coffee and is itself certified organic.

In terms of taste, it’s a traditional Brazilian coffee – very nutty, creamy, chocolatey and sweet – just what has been requested for some time by you coffee lovers who love a cup of coffee before bedtime or prefer decaffeinated coffee for other reasons. You roast this green coffee for all brewing methods, perhaps especially for espresso as the acidity is naturally low compared to many other origins.
