If you want to be happy for a year, get yourself some wine. If you want to be happy for years, get yourself a spouse. If you want to be happy all your life, get a garden. These are wise words, and they still apply today – 2500 years after they were spoken by Confucius. The home of coffee, Ethiopia, knows this better than most.
In Gotiti, coffee grows in villagers’ private gardens. They are all their own gardeners with an average of less than 1 hectare of coffee cultivation. The happiness must be contagious because their coffee makes us feel blissful! With sweet strawberries, pineapple, sweet, soft and creamy white chocolate, we are briefly thrown straight back to summer. Gotiti’s juicy and very summery coffee makes your palate tingle. A happier start to the day is hard to imagine.
