From the hills of northern Burundi, we have brought home a large, characterful washed green coffee. This is medium roasted, preferably on the lighter side, primarily to brew as filter coffee. In your cup, you get lovely, sweet notes of light chocolate, caramel and red currant, wrapped in a slight nuttiness. The coffee is lemonade-like, with an inviting florality.
This green coffee is from the 21-22 harvest. That’s why we sell it cheaper here on the website.
