The coffee from Kenya always stands out on a tasting table of many origins. The complexity of the cup, the clarity and intensity of the flavors can be traced to astonishing terroirs, always at high altitudes. The fine qualities of coffee make Kenyan coffee today among the most expensive origins and that is one of the reasons why it is very rare on the coffee shelves, but here you have the chance to buy to roast yourself! We ourselves always long to roast Kenya! Here we have a vibrant, juicy, sweet and deep coffee from small farmers’ cooperatives. Intense black currants, with the red cousin just behind, are present in both aroma and taste from start to finish. The cup is juicy, at the same time crunchy, slightly floral and cinnamon-like.
This green coffee arrived at the roastery on September 24th 2024 and is from the 2023/2024 harvest.
