This green coffee is roasted to enjoy soft and silky textures, with both caramel, dark chocolate and jammy berries in aroma and flavor. The coffee is berry-dried and Andres Acosta with his farm Finca Atzumpa is a regular guest at the roastery. For the fourth year in a row, we’re roasting his coffee, and the end result is particularly fitting for the coldest months of the year. A sweet and tasty coffee, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
