Varieties: 50.8% Caturra, 40.7% Castillo, 8.5% Yellow Bourbon
Processing: Washed

When we first tried a coffee from the El Obraje coffee farm, we were blown away. On the tasting table was a first-class Geisha. Ever since that day, we’ve had Pablo Andres Guerrero on our radar and now, finally, we’re roasting a coffee from him. Not Geishan unfortunately, it still costs the earth, but still a top class representative of contemporary Colombian specialty coffee!

Pablo Andres Guerrero is precise in his coffee cultivation. Here it is 50.8% of the arabica variety caturra, 40.7% of the variety castillo and 8.5% yellow bourbon that he selected to process a little secretively in a method that can almost be described as a mixture of both anaerobic, yellow honey and finally wet fermented.

Growing and processing coffee is a complicated process to say the least, but it pays off. Sweet fruits, in the direction of ripe stone fruit and melon, softly caramelized and freshly floral. We like to drink Pablo Andres Guerrero’s coffee over and over and over again, preferring it as filter coffee to espresso.

Always freshly toasted. For this variety, it has been a maximum of 2 weeks from roasting until we ship to you!
