A real firework of flavor! Good as the nectar of the gods, whether you roast to brew as a filter or for espresso. We finished roasting this just before Christmas at Kafferosteriet Koppar and this is what remains. Ethiopian coffee is the best we know and here we have a great example. The sweetness from the vanilla is present throughout the cup, soft spicy acidity and really sweet pineapple. Wonderful cloves are present in both flavor and aroma, all wrapped in white flowers that any bee would definitely envy.
This green coffee arrived at the roastery on September 27th 2024, and is from the 2023/2024 harvest.
