A rich micro-lot from son Hidardo and mother Demly at the Finca Cascaritas farm in Ocotepeque. We like to roast it for espresso. Honey processed Catuai and Parainema give an incredibly sweet result and with a splash of milk in it, like a cortado or cappuccino, the cup cracks and becomes delicious. The notes are very wintry, musty with sweet baking spices (like cinnamon, cloves, etc.) and the dark chocolate and hazelnuts are with us all the way.
This is a true artisan coffee, a taste sensation for those who prefer to roast pure coffee, no frills – just as good as it can be made.
