Spicy balanced medium roast – organic coffee beans

This is for those who drink their coffee without milk, but want to feel the difference and experience specialty coffee in its purest form. This vibrant medium roast is a blend of premium organic Arabica from Honduras, Peru and Mexico. The beans have been grown on a small scale, picked at perfect maturity and carefully washed before being shipped to us in Tyresö. Here, it has been carefully drum-roasted to perfection. The result? A smooth and creamy coffee, offering stone fruit, chocolate and caramel in aroma and taste. Tip: Enjoy in a large cup, in big gulps, and let the coffee cool for a few minutes before drinking it for the best possible taste experience. Try it as it is, without milk or sugar. It is meant to be enjoyed in its purest form.

This balanced medium roast is best brewed as a filter coffee. Other brewing methods are somewhat disrupted and the acidity, which is lively, fresh and very pleasant when the coffee is filter brewed, can be perceived as a little too intrusive in other brewing methods.
