Hario Buono V60 kettle (1.2 l)

Water jug with large V for pour over brewing. The Hario Buono V60 Kettle holds 1.2 liters but should not be filled above 0.8 liters to avoid boiling over. Placed directly on the stove, also suitable for induction hobs. (If you want to use the full capacity of the jug, except when watering your flowers, boil the water in a separate kettle and pour it into the jug).

In addition to the beautiful Japanese shape, the jug is designed with a narrow spout for precise and controlled brewing. At the roastery we use this pot mainly when we drip brew our coffee in the Hario V60 2-cup filter holder, but also when we run slightly larger brews in our Chemex and of course on the occasions when we bring out our Aeropress.
