We sell two different pots here at Whiteelkcoffee.com: One from Hario without the boiling function and this one from Wilfa, which also boils the water.
You choose the Hario pitcher if you want to stick to one line (i.e. the beautiful Japanese Hario line), want to fit a little more water in the pitcher (4 dl extra) and are okay with it not having a boil function.
You choose this one from Wilfa if you want to add a little over 100 bucks compared to Hario’s and want to be able to boil the coffee directly in the pot. It easily replaces your regular kettle and works just as well for evening tea. With the elegant swan-shaped spout, manual coffee brewing is a very controlled process.
The black jug holds 0.8 liters of water. Without water it weighs 0.78 kg. It is made of stainless steel, has an automatic shut-off function and consumes 1000 watts if used continuously for a full hour.
