Hario Drip Scale gives your pour over brews the right conditions. It measures down to 0.1 grams and – importantly for us coffee nerds who are always aiming for the perfect cup – it times itself (without shutting down like cheaper household scales can do). It is powered by 2 AAA batteries, which are not included in the package.
It’s small and lightweight too: 120 x 190 x 29 mm
We only use this scale to measure the coffee we are going to brew or cup here at the roastery. When we pack coffee, we use other scales, as it still feels a little more fragile. At home we only want one scale and then we have actually chosen this in favor of the Wilfa scale WSS-2 which we also sell here on the website(click HERE to get to it). The Wilfa scale is also more robust and better suited to weighing other things at home.
But, as we said: For coffee, this is unrivaled we think, there is no better and more affordable on the market!
