You won’t find a better-looking coffee maker anyway. So beautiful that it has earned a place in the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The jug was designed in 1941 by Peter J. Schlumbohm and has looked the same ever since. Probably not only because of its shape, but also because with the slightly thicker Chemex filter it always delivers a distinctive hand-brewed result
We use this pot when we have visitors and want to brew a few more cups than the 2-3 we brew by hand with our Hario equipment.
