Light or medium roasted coffee beans
Wine, cognac, whisky and other distillates are aged in barrels to develop greater flavors and aromas. Coffee, on the other hand, should be consumed as soon as possible after roasting for maximum enjoyment. Educating for this is one of our most important missions. Freshly roasted is simply the best!
However, inspired by the terminology of how alcohol can be barrel-aged, we have named these coffee beans. Or rather, to this plethora of coffee beans. Because there is total variation here. Angels share is the amount that evaporates from the barrels as the alcohol develops in them. Simply for the angels to enjoy.
For us at White Elk Coffee, Angels share does not represent something that goes to the angels. It is something we keep for ourselves to enjoy. It’s the wonderful, heavenly, beans we get left over when we finish roasting for the week. It’s different. Light or medium roast every time.
Different every time. Or at least almost. We switch it every now and then, at least once a month. It’s very inspiring, because maybe you wouldn’t have chosen the variety you get from our regular range. These varieties are not even in our regular range.
Best of all. You get 1 kilo of coffee beans at an unbeatable price. How good, you will understand when you taste.
