The coffee for those who want pure flavors, no bitterness and sometimes want to drink your coffee with milk – and sometimes without. The coffee beans are of course classified as specialty coffee and this allows us to roast them dark, without sacrificing taste and aroma. This organic dark roast draws herbaceousness and a hint of jammy strawberry from the Aceh province on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. The balance, fullness and large body are Central American, more specifically from Peru and Honduras. A true dark roast specialty coffee, no frills, with a long and strong aftertaste.
The round and full-bodied dark roast is suitable for all brewing methods, including fully automatic machines.
Always freshly toasted. The coffee is never older than 7 days when it leaves our roastery!
