This pot from the Japanese design oracle Hario is used to serve your hand-brewed coffee in the finest possible way.
To keep the coffee warm for longer, the pot comes with a silicone-coated glass lid.
At the roastery, we use this pitcher along with our 2-cup V60 filter holder when we’re brewing for more than 4 people. (Otherwise, we use the one that holds 600 ml; click here). After brewing, we remove the filter holder, put the lid on, and the carafe keeps the coffee at a good temperature for about half an hour. That’s because White Elk’s specialty coffee always tastes best if you let it cool down a bit after brewing!
